I love the cover design and something tells me I’m going to like this book. For someone who is passionate about meditation and yet knows so little about it, I’m very keen to find out more about the first-hand experiences of the author to better my own understanding on the techniques of what works and what doesn’t. Thanks for sharing this book review, Corinne.
Esha, it does seem like a fascinating book. I haven’t read it yet. This is just part of a blog tour.
That sounds like an I teresting book and an interesting life.
It does! 🙂
Hi Jennifer,
It is an interesting like and full of sacrifices. The Author is a monk and He is living to make this world a better place.
Hope You enjoy the book. He had written His Memoir as well. Hopefully I’ll schedule a Tour for that soon :).
Stay tuned.

The author seems like an inspiring person – will pop by his blog later, and check out this book as well.. I felt calm and good just by reading about his book.. Thanks for the tip, Corinne:-) All the best
Hi All,
Am glad you liked the review of the book. I am not the Author but so inspired by His writings that I wanted to share it out with the world and hence this tour. Being in His presence has a calming effect. It can’t be explained in words. I was so amazed to know that there was a time when He meditated in the Himalayas for 22 hours at a stretch and at times at Snow of the top of the hut where he meditated in the wilderness.
Thanks Corinne, for sharing the book on your blog.
If you have any questions or queries, please feel free to ask.
Kind Regards
Garima Om
Ohh also, as you read earlier, The Author is a monk and writes for a living. He says, ” A Monk should not be a burden on the society”.
And I can say without the trace of a doubt that you will be amazed to read about His experiences about meditation.
Hope you enjoy the book.
Take Care
Garima Om
Book design itself seems therapeutic.. meditation and therapy go hand in hand…
Sounds interesting. The little I have tried meditation, I end up falling asleep 🙁 My mind wanders a lot and then I dose off. That book should be a good guide.
