My Review of A Wish For Beth
I absolutely loved A Wish for Beth. It’s one of those books that leaves you with a smile on your face and a warm feeling in your heart long after you’ve finished the last page. This heartwarming book reignited my passion for cozy fiction.
Even though it’s the fourth book in the Cranley Wishes series, I had no trouble reading it as a standalone. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I immediately wanted to go back and read the earlier books.
Beth is a character I rooted for from the very beginning. After heartbreak and the breakdown of her marriage, she arrived in the Scottish village of Cranley, hoping for a fresh start. What she doesn’t expect is a glitter-loving genie hiding inside an old pinball machine oror the possibility of falling in love again.
While the magic was delightful and fanciful, the story’s emotional core truly resonated. This is about healing, hope, community, and finding the courage to believe that life can still surprise us after loss. With its wonderful characters, the village of Cranley is a truly special place to visit!
