The Wednesday Prompt 2014 #8

This week use the photograph below as your prompt.

  • Write your thoughts, a story, a poem on your blog.
  • Try to restrict the word count to about 500 words.
  • Use the linky below to add the link to your post (exact URL, please).
  • If you’re using the picture in your post, here’s the link for credit: Morguefile

And now for our announcement – another Write Tribe Festival of Words! Yes, the Write Tribe Festival of Words – 3 is ready to roll – are you? 🙂

Dates:  2nd March (Sunday) 2014 – 8th March (Saturday) 2014

Theme: We’re not having a fixed theme this time. We will be announcing a genre/ style for you to use a day before you post. For example, we’ll announce the 2nd March genre on 1st March and so on. Don’t worry, if there’s a theme at all this time, it is ‘keep it simple’. 🙂

Registration: Not required 🙂

As always, this is another occasion for you to showcase your talent, make new connections and strengthen existing ones. For those of you taking part in the A to Z challenge this will be a perfect test-drive!

If you have any questions or need some clarification, do ask!

  1. umm.. a bit confused about it.. pardon me for the stupidity of the question but What does this festival actually requires us to do? and do we have to post everyday of the festival??

  2. This is the best guest post I’ve read in 2015 (never mind it’s the only one). THIS IS FULL OF SO MUCH WIN. And life makes SO MUCH MORE SENSE NOW. Of course junk food was invented by the devil. It’s all his fault anyway. Trying to make us humans into creatures who will do the devil’s bidding for junk food. That would explain why devil’s food cake is called devil’s food cake. *scratches head* and MAYBE that’s why junk food is so unhealthy for us.
