Treasure: Wednesday Prompt

These Wednesdays seem to roll around much faster when you get to my age. I looked at the calender a few hours ago and realized that another prompt was due today. And honestly, I couldn’t come up with an idea. By the time I did, my internet connection decided to act up. In simple words, sorry this is delayed! 😉

Reminder: Are you getting ready for the Write Tribe Festival of Words 2?

Without further ado, here’s the prompt for today:

Imagine you were digging to the ground in the backyard of your new home to create a vegetable patch and  found a treasure chest.

Use the linky below to add the link to your post (exact URL, please).

The prompt is open until next Thursday night, i.e. 12  December 2013.

  1. Gosh you’re so right about Wednesdays coming by faster. I mean.. I barely managed to post last week’s entry yesterday, still to do the Saturday prompt and Wednesday is already here. But love love the deadlines.. That’s what keeps me going. So I’m glad you were a bit late and also glad that you did put it up.

  2. gosh another one :O! Well Corrine… back breaking work schedule for the past 2 weeks and these prompts are indeed very tempting 😛

  4. Hello,

I’m new here, and I probably did all the linking wrong – but I appreciate the inspiration for some fun fiction writing.

    Thank you. 🙂
