Ultimate Blog Challenge – Day 24

Day 24 of the Ultimate Blog Challenge is here.

It’s another very rainy day in Mumbai.  While for some people the rain could be depressing, for others it’s something to enjoy. Some might grumble about having to make their way to work, other might love their work so much that they eager to get started on another day.

Do we allow our dreams to be determined by the ‘weather’?  Do circumstances, disappointments, challenges, lack of encouragement from others get us down?

But you, my friends, have stopped wishing – you’re acting and how!

  2. Sometimes I do let the weather interfere with my mood but lately I’ve been trying to keep a more positive outlook by really appreciating the blessings of each day. There is beauty even in the storms. 🙂

  3. The weather can influence my writing, but usually not. Sometimes I feel very alone as a writer and crave outside support and validation. Writing a blog post often eases this pain because the people visit and post replies and that puts a big fat smile on my face.
    Sending hugs and smiles Corinne!

  4. Yes weather affects me and quite a lot. As a person I am a huge monsoon lover. I know I haven’t been to Mumbai and so perhaps I can continue to be one. On a very serious note the moment dark clouds and rain with thunder arrives I stop working. I either need a book or a pad to write and that’s the only thing productive that comes off me in that period 🙂
